The Final Hour
Nice title but bad timing. It's the last 2 hours of year 2004. My last entry for the year. Boy, what a year. Not without ups and downs. Probably the best thing that happened to me in 2004 was my job promotion to an assistant manager. Well, I'm the youngest manager onboard, for the record :). Phew.... I survived the year. It was a bad end though, with so many lost their lives, lost their loved ones. I'm sitting at home now, a bit sad cos I feel wrong while people in Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, Indonesia suffer and we are having fun. It is almost wrong.
But then again, we, the surviving ones, have to go on. So.........
HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Pets Dilemma
My gran's pretty upset when she found out that my sis & I wanted to keep our Bettas in our room. She forbids it cause Chinese believe that it's a bad thing/fengshui to keep Bettas at home owing to their fighting nature. It's believed that it would release bad chi and causes inharmony feel to the home... whatever the shit is.
My dad used to rear fishes like Bettas, guppies, kois, mollies for sale as a side income when I was in primary school. It was fun back then. When my dad wasn't around, I would dissect the guppies and sometimes, squeeze the pregnant ones until all the babies came out (I know I don't know why I did that). Then when it's time to clean the tanks, it was great, especially when we get to clean the koi pond (it was 3½ feet tall & 12 feet wide). Instead of cleaning it, we (my elder bro, my younger sis & I) would swim in it. But it was pretty scary sometimes when you encounter a frog. I absolutely hate frogs. I hate them when I was having great time in the water and they showed up beside me. I hate them when they were in my school shoes and I could feel the coldness and the 'sponginess' of the yucky thing on my feet in the morning.
I had 2 figure 8 puffers too 1 year ago, named Fugu & Puff but my dad wasn't impressed cause of its poison. Then one day, my dad told me they were dead and he flushed them into the toilet.
When I was 11, my mum got us a mixed spitz, named Snoopy (we were young and at that time Snoopy was famous, and still is of course). He was as cute as a button and he's fat! We had him for nearly 10 years and he died of stomach cancer.
On January 19, 2003. I bought sweetpea, Milo from a petshop in Sitiawan. He was with his brother, but at time I couldn't afford to buy two so.....

Grand Opening
Finally, I have my own blog. Don't know why I want it (heck, I don't know if I have time to update this blog) but I just gotta have one!
Anyway, got myself a tattoo a couple of days ago in Ipoh. A tribal dragon on the lower back. Can't upload the pic now (I'm at work right now. he he. Hope my boss doesn't read this ~ Sorry boss, tonight's a bit boring~ Hmm... maybe that's why I ended up wanting a blog). It's big, nearly 12cm long. I wanted half of that size but my tattooist, Soon, thinks it looks shitty in that size. He said that it won't be big. So, I agreed on a size of 7.5cm. Hell, he expanded it 5cm more! 1 1/2 hours of torture! Okay okay, it didn't hurt as much as I've expected (I'm more worried how my parents would react, honestly!) and the result was WICKED!!!!! Good buddy, Yong, got herself a tribal sun on her lower back (wicked too ~ sigh~ no pic too. so sorry). Soon was good, I have to say. Blunt a bit, but good. Glad he was the one who did it. It surprised me that there's not a single tattoo on him (maybe on intimate parts, gotta ask him on next trip).
