Birthday Girl!

Yours truly will be celebrating her 24th birthday this coming Wednesday. Yippee! A year older is a a year wiser, I hope! Plans have been made, a getaway at Pangkor Island with my younger sis. He, unfortunately, is in Singapore right now. How sad. Anyway.... I will be away from virtual playground for the next 5-6 days. Gonna feed myself with food and animes. Yum yum!

Sshh... Don't Tell My Mom

source: fude project

This gonna be my second 'body mutilation' project. Hehehehe... Don't tell my mom. It's Rei in Hiragana (Thank you, Shin! Nice to meet you too.).
Went to pay an overdue visit to my tattoo artist (cheh.... my tattoo artist) the other day and he was not pleased to see the condition of my current ink. He said that the ink is... erm... I forgot the word, erm... feathered out? Whatever. He said it can be retouched if I want to. He seemed mellow and controlled a bit of his speech (he usually blasts away like no one's business) which actually weirded me out. Maybe it's because munchkin was there. Anyway, this 'artwork' needed to be 're-designed' (pardon me, my English somehow flew away. I can't really find the words I want to write. So, please bear with me), probably Soon (that's his name) will add something.
He disagreed on where I want this inked: the nape. Sigh.... where I wanna get this inked on? Any ideas, anyone? Shoulder's out. It's too erm... common?

Meeting The Smiths

Met the Smiths last night and they were really dysfunctional yet awesome. It was laughter from the start 'til the end. Angelina Jolie oozed sexiness from the start (as usual) and I can't help noticing a slight Lara Croft in Jane Smith. Not a fan of Brad Pitt, but he impressed me being John Smith. Both of them were just hilarious! A must-watch!

An Eye Opener

Read The Family Way by Tony Parsons and it made me realised something that I could not comprehend: Why men dwell in infidelity. Married men look for other women because it's hard for them to see the mother of his children to 'get dirty'. I understand that now but that does not mean I approve of such sinful act.
Anyway, munchkin is leaving for Singapore this Friday for a new job. I'm unsure how I would feel about maintaining a long-distance relationship. But I guess I'll leave everything into His hands. What comes around, comes around.
My buddy Esther is flying home to Germany tonight on 11.00 p.m. flight. It's been great having her here for the past 3 years. I shall miss our walks with our dogs, Milo, Aldo and Dinding. I shall miss our silly and innuendo chats. I can't wait to have you back here in two years' time and we shall have another session at the karaoke booth behind the supermarket. I know you itch to go the 'rubber shop' and ogle at the chinese guys too. Hahahahaha!
Nehmen sie sorge, meinen freund!!!

The Bride and I

Courtesy from February

Rushed to Irene's wedding dinner on June 11th after 11 hours of work. It was great seeing her and the rest of the gang. Gee, it's mixed feeling seeing her in the beautiful wedding dress. I was very happy to see her grew up to be a beautiful lady (oh, she's a SIA air-stewardess and she's no airhead, I'll tell you. She's a university grad) and married to the genius of our school, Woon Ching. On the other hand, it's sad to see how we've grown and the happy moments we had in school were past. Sigh~

Anyway, the banquet was great. The food was awesome and we, always the ones overdoing things, squeezed 12 of us into a table of ten. Irene was rather pissed off of what we did because we had wasted a table. Hahahaha! Also, we came late and the front tables that were reserved for us were taken by someone else. We ended up in some table at the end of the hall. Well, some jinx stepped on Irene's gorgeous red gown and left half of her perky a** bare. Luckily she had a spare dress. The banquet ended earlier than expected though, the caterers served the food a little too fast. It was good as we have more time to hang out at Irene's place after that. Bad luck didn't stop there. Her sister-in-law who had gone home called up and said the house was broken into. Shiat....... so the 12 of us ended up in Beach Bistro in Teluk Batik. Came home around 1.30 in the morning after few drinks and few games of pool (and karaoke sessions). Woke up at 6.00 the next day to go to work. Life is a bliss.

Technology Sux

You know what, I hate technology. Though it may seems to make our life much easier, it makes us become lazy too. My cellphone's out and I need to call my buddy urgently. All the numbers are in there. Shit. I cannot remember her number.
I used to remember all my buddies' number when in school; when there were no affordable cells. Everything's within tips. My forefinger pressed the digits automatically. Brain was really WORKING at that time. Now, I've relied on technology so much that it sucked me into a whirlpool of frustration and uselessness. Bah!

Mini Movie Marathon

Had a mini movie marathon last night at TGV Ipoh after work . Watched Madagascar and Star Wars Episode 3 consecutively. Awesome...
Madagascar was pretty funny but I'd like to think that the characters were too 'New Yorkenised', if you know what I mean. It's pretty hard to see that animals can do such, but then again, it's a cartoon, so.... anything is possible. WHile Star Wars was just simply awesome. CANNOT BE MISSED!!! It's saddening to see how clouded Ani became but hey, Star Wars is nothing without Darth Vader.
Am not feeling particularly well now, the cinema was pretty cold last night and I didn't have enough sleep. (Rushed back home to work today :( ). Nevertheless, it's worth it. I'd watch it again and again. Go and watch it!
